Not only is this Super Power Paleo Salad gorgeous, but it's the ideal balance of convenience, nutrition, and deliciousness making it the perfect work lunch - especially if you're traveling for work!
PREPARATION: Assemble salad. Place power greens in the bottom of your food container. Place shredded carrots, broccoli slaw, sliced avocado, pomegranate seeds, and grass-fed beef slices on top of greens.
MEAL TIME: Pour balsamic vinegar and olive oil on to salad, cover salad container securely with its lid and shake for 20 seconds or until dressing is evenly mixed throughout the salad. Enjoy immediately!
